Sch Started!!! Oh man, fun fun fun. First and foremost, it was the re-gathering of my friends again. Faces which i've missed and not seen for the past 4 months. Not a very long time but not very short too. I was rather eager to hear their experiences during the hols. The feeling's just soooo much diff from routine cooporate work enviromnment. So carefree and exciting. After classes, it's gathering with classmates to eat out and hang ard. yada yada yada..
Anyway i passed my Networking Exemption exam paper on sun and i got EXEMPTED!!!! U know how happie i was to hear that i passed!! That paper was quite a killer, and i thought i was on the verge of joining the rest of my classmates to take this module. hahaha GOD is GOOD !! It's a much dreaded subject since poly. Dun wanna go back again. Econs class was nice too. Got a nice prof and many eye candies. Woah !! It's distracting at times but i dun mind hahaha. The class is like an ASEAN class, classmates come from many places. One of the outstanding thing was that there's this north indian gal that can speak 6 languages! yes 6 and she's only 19 this yr. Talented ppl.
Finally caught Charlie and the Chocolate factory. Johnny Dapp was quite good. But however the movie pales in comparison to the book. Many scenes weren't shown and expressions weren't as vivid as they were on the book itself. It's definitely not worth a $9.50. $7?? well maybe yes.
mmmmm sometimes being a youth is sooo much better. For me, at least. Maybe some may have an unpleasant childhood along the way and detest youth, u have my sympathy. But like what somebody said, you never know how much power you have as a youth until youth is gone. As i looked back through observation, i began to see how true this statement was. Youth ( i'm generalising) have the ability to adapt, change and readjust fast. Given proper guidance, discipline and knowledge, the possibilities that can be achieved is immense. No wonder paul in the book of timothy said to timothy: " do not let anyone look down on you because you are young". I agree. Maybe it should be time we take our own lives in hand and fully utilise our youth. Time is short.
Eccl 9:10 : Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the grave, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom.
